The mission of Community Drone Collective is simple: make the finest in aerial technology affordable and accessible to everyone in the Finger Lakes no matter the size of your budget. Whether you are a business or a family or an angel, with our competitive pricing we will treat you like the co-pilot in command of our uncrewed aircraft. While we offer traditional single visits, as a client who purchases one of our multiple visit plans, we give you the authority to share your remaining visits with any entity of your choosing if the return visits are within 20 miles as the crow flies per Google Earth. So, if you live in Penn Yan and have a friend or business in Union Springs you are golden. Crows don't travel via our roads, and neither will our drones. That is the collective community at the heart of our mission statement to serve the Finger Lakes.
A little about myself. My name is Mike Dressing, and I am the proprietor of the Community Drone Collective. I am a lifelong resident of the Finger Lakes, and a proud New Yorker. My journey began in college, working at local wineries, which deepened my admiration for this beautiful region. Through aerial photography I want to share that love, capturing the stunning landscapes from above as a commercial drone pilot certified by the Federal Aviation Administration. In addition, I can provide a COI (certificate of insurance) for $1,000,000 to any client upon demand. Additional insurance up to $10,000,000 is available upon request for any job. We want to protect our clients and our best-in-class uncrewed aircraft without worry to either party. My personal favorite aerial activity is 360 degree photos, which when not compressed for social media have unparallelled clarity.
